Which centres run the TCF Canada?
Alliance Française Vancouver runs sessions at 6161 Cambie Street in Vancouver and at 320 Columbia Street in New Westminster. Ashton Testing Services runs sessions at 1190 Melville Street in downtown Vancouver.
Our directory lists each centre with its address, phone, price and the page where we read each fact.
How do they compare?
As published on 2 November 2026, Alliance Française lists $390 for a TCF Canada session and Ashton lists $410. Alliance Française says members get 10% off the TCF. Prices change, so confirm before you pay.
Both centres list computer-based testing and sell online. Both say bookings are final, with no refunds. Ask each centre about changing a date, because the published rules differ.
What should you check before you book?
Check the dates first. On 2 November 2026 the December sessions on the Alliance Française page showed sold out, and the sessions on the Ashton page showed full.
Use the same name as on your ID. Ask how long you must wait before a retake, because the published rules differ.
Ask about re-marking. Both centres say requests are suspended since 1 September 2026 and should resume in fall 2027.
What about the TEF?
Alliance Française and Collège Éducacentre list the TEF. Collège Éducacentre lists TEF Canada at $380 for permanent residence and $200 for citizenship.
